ComQi announced that its nominee, CTM Media Group’s Ettractions ExploreBoard, won the DSE Gold Apex Award in the Interactive Self-Services Solutions category.
ComQi and CTM developed this customized touch screen solution by combining its EnGage Content Management System, a custom Flash application and the ettractions.com content library to provide an intuitive and easy to use user interface to allow travelers to gain information on local points of interest, dining, and shopping. Utilizing EnGage’s open API and cloud-based architecture, the system shares a common database with CTM’s complementary web site – ettractions.com. Consumers can view high def pictures, watch videos, pull up maps for locations of interest, and get directions directly on screen. All information can be taken with them as well as link to transactional platforms through their mobile phones.
Ajay Chowdhury, ComQi’s CEO, says: “We are thrilled to have won this Gold Apex Award for CTM’s Touch Screen solution and this carries forward our multi-channel messaging product line to a new level. Our expert team worked hand in hand with CTM to provide the consultancy and support they needed to rise up to the challenge CTM’s unique requirements presented.”
Peter Magaro, President of the CTM Media Group, says: “The Ettractions ExploreBoard has been very well received by our customers. ComQi was able to bring us a full service solution that included EnGage, development consulting and hardware. Having this full service team working to make us successful has proven invaluable.”
