DBCI January-February Poland: Fresh start in 2014

The Digital Signage Business Climate Index – DBCI – grew since the last poll by almost 16 base points. OVAB Europe and the Polish Digital Signage Association – PDSA – cooperate to establish the DBCI in the Polish market. The first two surveys show a positive trend. Almost 53% of all polled companies expect a more favourable business situation within the next six months.

The DBCI also includes changing additional questions. In January we traditionally ask for the increase (or decline) in the Digital Signage workforce. The Polish market seems to have had a very positive hiring policy in 2013. Almost 84% of all polled companies have hired staff and we estimate that between 10 and 20 new jobs were created.
