4th Munich Digital Signage Conference 2010

Last year’s Munich Digital Signage has been a great success with more than 300 delegates making it the largest Digital Signage Conference in Europe. OVAB Europe and invidis have teamed up again in 2010 for an even larger event.
This year’s event will be held in conjunction with the OVAB Europe Annual Membership meeting.
So save the date 19-20 October for a trip to Munich. Details of the agenda will be made available in May.

Cisco and BlueFox partner to simplify content creation

At the Digital Signage Expo 2010 in Las Vegas, Cisco announced the expansion of its Digital Media Creative Services offering to make it easier for customers to develop and display captivating visual content for digital signage.While the number of digital signs across the globe continues to grow, sign owners still struggle to find a compelling content strategy to match their business goals and deliver optimal return on investment (ROI). As part of its expanded Digital Media Creative Services offering Cisco will introduce new syndicated content channels, partnering with new companies that include BlueFox, France-based leading content provider. DBCI Q2-Q4 2009

- About 200 companies in whole Europe participated in the DBCI Q4 2009. The index increased significantly in the last quarter of 2009 (October – December 2009) from 39 up to 48 points. Despite the overall economic situation the Digital Signage industry is still positive about their economical situation.
