Mermaid A/S

Mermaid A/S has entered into an extended agreement with Arriva concerning the implementation of Mermaid’s Integrated Bus Information System (IBI) in an additional fifty buses in Copenhagen (bus lines 3A and 4A). A five-year operating and service agreement has also been signed. 

In addition, Arriva has made use of an option from a previous agreement concerning the delivery of forty IBI systems alongside a six-year operating and service agreement, cf. company announcement no. 98.

With the implementation of this business deal, Mermaid will operate and serve approximately 300 of Arriva’s busses in Copenhagen by the 1st of April 2012.
